Restore the missing check

A different cause: expired evidence
HOLDSet the linked document expiry to the day before the configured as-of date. Coverage remains 4 of 4 and missing checks remain 0. The linked document is Expired and the queue reports HOLD.

READY does not authorize payment. It indicates completion of the configured internal checklist using the recorded metadata and reference date.
